My friend is very insecure.. is she promiscuous because of this?

Im 21 and i have this friend who is 18.. we have the same psychology and yoga cl together.. i guess we've gotten to that comfortable stage where we can talk to each other about anythin lol.. well anyways she asked how many guys i have been with and i told her the truth which is 2.. she stayed silent and i asked what about you... and she said 4 but 1 of them was a just a hook up. She said she lost her virginity almost a year ago and said she can't believe she has been with more guys.. she then started to cry and asked me if i thought she was a slut.. i said no that her heart was in the right place and sometimes we make mistakes and have to not beat ourselves up for it but move on and become a stronger person from that.. she is still upset about it.. i dont know what else to tell her.. what should i say? if anything? and i personally don't think she is a slut cuz i know other girls who have slept with at least 50 guys.. no joke.. do you think she is a slut?
