Lump on kitchen floor?

There may be piping underneath either sewer pipe, water pipe or there may be an underground water source which in such cold temps has frozen up to cause this problem. I would talk to neighbors and see if they are experiencing the same problem.You will need to hire a plumbing with a camera system to investigate this it will be costly.Good Luck
