I'm a level 2 SO. I had with a 16 yr girl and I was 18.Y do I have to be on this list for life?

I was 18 yrs old and in 12th grade when I had with a 16 yr old girl that was in 10th grade and on my track team. I use to drive her, my brother and two others on the track team home. One night on a school dance night, we meet up after at this place called Bobs everyone goes there after. She was already drinking and so was I. We both were a little drunk. We hung out with friends and everything. Than she ask me to walk her home and on the way we stop and had outside on the gr. I used a condom. I than brought her home, got her number and than walked home myself. The next day I found out that she has a somewhat of a boyfriend. Two weeks went past bec it was spring break. Than I get arrest for rap, statutory rap, and two other small accounts. I admitted to having with her and bec of that I took a plea-bargain 6months in jail n five years probation I was giving a level two bec there was beer involved. My friend also slept with here friend, not in the same place at all and bec they went together to the cops our cases where put together and because of that I was given a level 2 for having with two girls and I only had one and pleaded to having with one girl under the age of 17. This happen in 1996. I'm now gonna be 34 this tuesday and I have kids and my 4 yr old lives with me and will start school this september. Please everyone that reads this answer how you feel and what you think the law should be for cases like mine. Thanks
