Cost of quality rottweiler?

well I came across this site in hopes of finding ways to report a bad rottweiler breeder its funny I spent months looking at different breeders and still go stung I paid 1,500.00 for my male he is now 6 1/2 months old 85 lbs and we love him but what we didn't know 4 1/2 months ago was our breeder has changed her name like most people change their underwear plus many other horrifying details well needless to say our pup is having medical issues we have spent more in vet bills than the price we paid for him anyway does anyone know how I can report a bad breeder something should be done about these people they leave a trails of broken hearts in their wake and need to be stopped. thank you. cindy & jake
