What can i use so i can ski in my backyard in the summer?

So the winter just ended but i already miss skiing! So what i pretty much have is a wooden down ramp in my backyard, and i was wondering what i could put on top of the ramp and ground so my skies can slide across the top? Some people used something called Astro Turf? Im not sure but I could use some help! Thanks!
