Someone Has Stolen My ipod?

I feel sorry for you, but unfortunatly I don't think you will be able to claim as many schools state in their rools that mobile phones, ipods, pocket tvs, etc, all kinds of stuff even chewing gum, are banned on school premesis.If this is the case with your school then this rule covers the 'no liability' scene and you haven't got a leg to stand on. However I understand that this isn't fair and although technically you are in the wrong and not the school, you could still try getting the moneys worth out of them buy saying that something from your bag which was NOT banned, also got stolen. Get them to pay you for that and then use the money to get a new ipod.
