Stretchn my earlobes?

ok i hav size 16g earrngs but i took them out bc we were goin to a new years eve party so i wore like the really skinny sized 1s. then i left them in overnight bc it was so late and i forgot about them so the nxt morning i woke up n took them out. then for like 3 days i ddnt wear earrings so i bot sum new earrings ( 16gauge 1s) n they wudnt go through i was FREAKING OUT bc i thout they closed. but i was able to put the skinny earrings though so was i possible my earrs shrank from like a 16g to a 20g bc i pushd the bigr size thru my ears bc my ears hurt like alot from tht. so did i stretch my ears out to a 16g?? plz hlp
