Atkins diet..........................…

The Atkins diet is definitely not a good thing to be on. Sure, you're eating less carbs, and you may be losing weight. But you're also taking in wayy too much cholesterol and saturated fat. This may not cause you to gain weight, but it will cause the clogging of your arteries. Don't worry: if you've only been doing it for 3 weeks, I doubt you've done any significant damage. Honestly, most diets don't work. If a diet seems too good to be true, it probably is. The best thing you can do is eat a balanced diet. Eat lots of fruit, veggies and lean meats. Eat less junk food and sweets, and cut back on the soda. Drink plenty of water and get a good amount of exercise. You can still indulge every now and then; just not every day. Good luck! :)
