Harvard gets all the top students in the world applying and only takes 6% of them. They regularly turn down 4.0 students and valedictorians. You need the highest grades in the hardest cles and very high test scores just to compete with everyone else, and a lot more to get in. Your grades are low for a top school and your activities, while fine for most schools, won't make you stand out for a top school. You've got very little chance.
