What would happen if you?

Lol ok im ganna rephrase my question. Ok im debating with my friend that if you just put your mouth on a cigarette or a weed pipe WITHOUT inhaling it or exhaling it OR even sucking, so just touching it, will smoke come out of your mouth because u still get chemicals in? Im saying that smoke wont come out and hes saying it will. Which one of us is right thx
