Hysterectomy with ovaries left, side effects?

I know you usually will go through menopause at a much earlier age, usually within 2-3 years after your hysterectomy, but is there anyone out there that is having side effect now, a year or so after? Mostly ual side effects...blood work normal....still have pms, moody, etc...
