Example: I have a charged CONDUCTING sphere (radius R) with net charge Q1 = 2C, and inside the sphere is a point charge with Q2 = 1C. I want to calculate the flux outside the sphere, so i take a gaussian sphere with radius r > R. For the q enclosed term, do I add Q1 and Q2 so Qenc = 3C, or do I ignore the inside charge since it is inside the conductor, and use Qenc = 2C?
