B.exe resolved, but can't launch spyware doctor?

I downloaded Spyware Terminator to remove the b.exe issue. It succeeded. I needed to do so, because of a 'cannot access...may not have appropriate persmission to use this item' when I tried to launch spyware doctor. Even after the problems are solved, I can't launch spyware doctor. Thanks for the help thus far.
